On Saturday, April 12, three former Los Osos High School standouts, including Cole Monsen, Daniel Moreno and Matthew Diaz’s current college team, the La Verne Leopards, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Cal Lutheran Kingsmen.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field. This was their third matchup against the Kingsmen this season.

The Leopards’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 3 p.m. at Ben Hines Field against Occidental Tigers.
