Rancho Cucamonga homeowners paid property taxes equal to 0.7% of their home’s value in the fourth quarter of 2025, an amount less than 0.8 times the national average, BlockShopper.com reports.

According to data from 248 sales in the same period, the city’s median home sales price was $760,000 for the fourth quarter of 2025. During 2025, the median tax bill reached $5,674, also representing 0.7% of the taxed homes’ median value.

The U.S. average effective property tax rate stood at 0.888% during 2024.
