Former Etiwanda High School basketball star Tyree Campbell and his current team, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers, earned an 83-64 win over the Humboldt State Lumberjacks on Friday, March 13, in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Pioneer Gymnasium hosted the matchup at 7:30 p.m., marking the team’s first contest against the Humboldt State Lumberjacks in this tournament.

The Cal State East Bay Pioneers will return to Pioneer Gymnasium on Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. for their next tournament game.
