Cal State East Bay Pioneers, featuring former Etiwanda High School star Tyree Campbell, secured a 73-58 victory over the Point Loma Sea Lions in the NCAA Division II Tournament on Monday, March 16.
The contest was held at Pioneer Gymnasium, tipping off at 7 p.m.
Campbell posted 20 points, six rebounds, three steals, two assists and one block over 30 minutes of play.
Up next, the Cal State East Bay Pioneers face their next round on Wednesday, March 25, at 11:30 a.m. at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse.
